Welcome to Salale University Office of the Registrar!

The Office of the Registrar is an academic support unit that primarily responsible for the operations of admission, enrolment,registration, records management, degree verification, assessment of tuition and fees, grade processing, preparation of academic calendar, checking out graduating students for graduation and determination of academic honors students. The office also provides consultation services to students, instructors, department heads, college deans and other staff members on issues related to the academic processes.

The office controls students’ department placement, records, status, information, courses, and grades in the online system by using Students Registrar System (SRS) software just as to secure, maintain and ensure the integrity of all academic records.

Currently, 2011 EC, the university own five (05) colleges and thirty (30) departments in the undergraduate regular, and four (04) extension program, and hosting a total of three thousand nine hundred (3,903) students.
